3010 installing 148 loader

Many posts on this, pipe a CC valve into the elbow on right side, then return to the filter cover.

David G has the right answer on plumbing. The fitting for supply is on the right side of the console just infront of the brake pedals. It is a L and you will need to replace it with a T, then drill a hole in the filter cover or Deere has or at least used to have a filter cover that is already ported for this.

As to mounting Deere did have a arm that mounted on the right side of the loader and brought the levers just were you want them. Gonna have to find a used one or more likely fab something up.

Burdens Surplus center is a good source for the fittings and valve, just have to wait on shipping.

It is important the control valve is closed center (CC), and internal pressure relief is disabled or cranked all the way down.

An open center (OC) valve will look like a BIG leak.

I mounted the control valve on the right hand fender. The hydraulic hoses are long enough so I can mount or dismount the tractor on the RH side.

You can also get the remote joystick kits for the prince pretty reasonably, connects joystick to valve with pair of cables, then valve can mount on loader.

Nothing new here but I will add some pictures for fun. I do have a real nice joy stick on my 2510. Paul

Tx Jim I would appreciate if we could discuss these options to install this loader pluming. Coaltrain 918 695 7481

Easiest tractor I used with a loader was a Deere 4020 powershift with loader valve on LEFT fender.
This way, your left hand is always on the loader controls. You steers or shift with right hand (has everyone know, you should not do both).

Somehow I overlooked reading this post until this AM. I'll call you this AM at a decent time of day. Sorry for not calling earlier.

Thank youall so much The loader has the arm and control valves. I have a plan now thanks to youall but one more thing which hose is inlet and which is outlet on the loader?
.. All parts on loader are JD

Look closely at the valve often times the ports are marked, they are on my 145 Husco valve. JD used several different valves on farm loaders.
