3020 load control shaft bushings

So, I just changed the load control shaft, bushings and seals on my 3020. I have had the tractor for 14 years and it just started leaking. When I took it apart I found that the bushings had been installed backwards the last time they were installed and part of the trans case had been broken out when they knocked the old ones out. About 3/4" of the lip that the bushing seats against. Has anything been damaged internally or on the draft control with the bushing backward for that long?

If old bushings weren't leaking between case & bushings then you should be fine. I'll recommend to replace bushings with aftermrket bushings that have groove inside bushing for an o-ring. Put loctite on between case &bushing.
