I just bought a 2640 JD that has not run in years. I got it running it didnt take much . All the hydraulics work but seam slow. The pto will not come on. It has the lever by your left ankle if your sitting in
the seat and the the lever between the gear shifts. Would a plugged up hydraulic filter and the screen cause the pto not to work ? Im thinking of changing the fluid and filter/screen but i thought i would ask
first if it would fix it.
