Rollpin 23 retains bushing 22 in yoke 19.

Pin 21 is a TIGHT fit in the rear end casting and is NOT held by rollpin 23.

Once you've removed pin 22 (IIRC) you can drive rollpin 23 inward 'til it falls out of place (it's only 5/8" long).

Thanks for the reply I will have to get the air hammer out and see if if will move 22 I?ve got the wheels to narrow to really get a good swing . If. Nothing holds that pin besides friction I bet it?s tighter than a bulls azz in fly time

I finally got it to move a little bit I think . Wonder if I could get a ball joint press on that thing

I did our 4020 once years ago and I was able to drive the roll pin upward before I drove the pin out.

Get a big punch and just drive it out. They can be tough. The roll pin holds the bushing in. When you have it off replace the front pin and bushing and check the bushing where the load shaft goes thru as they wear out as well. If you replace them take note of how they come out as they are a tapered bushing. If the hole for your drawbar pull pin is egged out I will also have that drilled out and bushing it back to size. Deere has that bushing as well. My 4020 would jump the drawbar pin out sometimes with the manure spreader(did it three times). After rebushing it has not happened since. Tom
