John Deere 5105 will not turn off

I have a John Deere 5105 that the engine does not die when the ignition key is turned off. Does this sound like an ignition switch problem? Also, does anyone know where I can get a wiring diagram for it?

My guess is there is a diode in your wiring harness that controls that fuel solenoid and that is what has failed. My CUT 2520 (and many others) have the same diode (2520 has
four of them)that control different functions. Buy a solenoid if you want but I'd try the $14.00 diode first. In any event YOU need a manual. The failed diode on my tractor causes
a no start issue. I know that a diode permits current flow in only one direction and do not have enough electrical knowledge to really know if it could cause your problem. I am
sure someone will set me straight.

There is a relay in that circuit. Mine would not stay powered up when cranking so would not start.
If you unhook the wire at the injection pump will that shut it off ?
