Hello
what is the best way to remove the rear fenders on a 4230 with the sound gard cab, I know they have to be cut off but just wondering what is the best way?
Thanks

I believe the fender and side panel were one piece
and were spot welded on.
I think an angle grinder would work on removing those
welds except where they weren't accessible. Then a torch
would have to be used.
What are you going to do when you get them off? New ones
aren't available are they?

The seller or the manufacturer of the new parts may have a procedure for removing the old parts and installing the new ones.

Who from? I thought they were til I checked a while back.
Deere parts says RE15077 & RE15078 nla.

Thanks. I hope they're better than those 4020 hoods were.
I think that guy went out of business.

Checked his site... his were the bolt on fenders
which Deere no longer has either.
