Ran baler this weekend, had problems with tension-er system on baler and door latch.
When starting a bale have to keep bumping the controls to keep gate closed, once I see pressure start to build on the gauge indicator on baler i can quit bumping controls.
The baler tension or what ever you call how tight to wrap a bale, the pressure does not stay, if I do not bump controller pressure goes to zero, baler will fill up real quick because there is no pressure on the tension-er system.
There seems like there is pressure bleeding through the block on the frame that controls the tension cylinders.
Any ideas where to look first.
One other thing, every time I close the gate pressure will not stay on baler system, it bleeds off.
