9220 getting diesel into motor oil

What would cause diesel to get into motor oil like 2 gallons in 8 hours ?? Had the injectors checked out at an approved shop this has the JD 12.1 motor I'm told

Gear type fuel pump on the back of the head

Did they put new injector cups in, not supposed to reuse , but they usually cause fuel in coolant

Could be shaft seals on injection pump not familiar with engine but everything I?ve experienced doing that?s either lift pump or injection pump
