hello,
when the engine is turned off and the key is on the fuel guage works and shows the correct amount of fuel in the tank. when you start the engine the guage moves to empty. I've checked my ground at the sender. I also replaced the sender and there's no difference.
If I unhook the wire off the sender the guage goes to full. If I ground the wire to the frame of the tractor it goes to empty.
I ran a jumper wire from sender to wire harness connector at fire wall, now guage goes past full with engine running.
