Just bought a 1941 B Mainly for parts and noticed that it has a different style seat than my other 41 B has one is manual start the other is electric start did they have different style seats on the 1941?

They should be the same.
There were a couple different aftermarket seats available back in the day. Maybe you have one of those. One style had a shock absorber and the large spring underneath like a Farmall seat.
