What can possibly make the power steering reservoir over fill after running tractor awhile.

Is it temporarily overfull because the oil gets aerated?
Or is it actually "gaining" oil?
Only place it could "gain" oil would be at the pump shaft seal.
Originally, there was a double lip seal, now replaced by two single lip seals back-to back with the lips facing "outwards".

I have a 70 gas std. that was doing the same. Rebuilt the PS pump solved the problem. Make sure all your hydraulic fittings seal tight after you go into that system. Had a leak that took some time to figure out.
