Davenport Tractor??

After seeing recommendations for Davenport Tractor's re-pro manuals I went on their website, saw they are having a half off sale and ordered several (SM2000, SM2022, SM2025, SM2029) of them.

This was on the 31st of August. I checked my email several times since then and found nothing. I tried the phone # today it was disconnected.

My receipt shows my order # and info, my card was charged but so far no word from them. My email is not working to log into their site (to track the order) so I filled out the generic "contact us" form today with a request for an update on my tracking #...

Anyone experience this from them?

I know NOTHING about that company, but DO know credit card compnies don't put up "merchants" B.S.

If you feel insecure with the transaction, call your CC company and dispute it, the sooner the better.
 
Don't think I would fret over 6 days
especially with a holiday thrown in. They
are reliable. Lots of vendors take weeks
off to attend shows so that's a possibility
too.
 
I ordered a service manual for a John Deere 350 dozer Monday Sept 3rd and received the manual today Sept 7, 2018. I have ordered items in the past with no problems.

That makes no sense.
Perhaps you forgot the password for the login?
 
Well, that figures... LOL!

I got home from work this evening to find the package of manuals from Davenport!

My first impression is these are good quality manuals, nice paper, very clear type and images. I am very pleased! Thank you to WGM & Dan in Ohio for pointing my towards the 720 Spark Ignition manual. The 70 I&T manual doesn't compare...

Got my new gasket for the fuel cap too, seems to fit snugly on the fill neck now. Hopefully no more sloshing out the cap...

Their phone was still out yesterday, not sure what is happening there but I am happy to report the order was received in full today.

Just for S&G I attempted to log in to the davenport website again with no success, still giving me the "Login Failed" error, and no password reset email when requested. I can see my Email address on the initial order & the packing slip (it is correct) but it seems to be stuck in limbo on their website... I dunno.
