I’m having a bit of brain fade this morning. I do not remember what the different detent points are for the 3point hutch. Does anyone have them memorized?

Technically there's no float control but there's draft(depth) control. IIRC there are several settings between maximum & minimum. 3 pt will float no matter what the draft control lever position is set at.

Ok, looks like I need to use the lowest setting to keep the back blade from digging in to deep then. Looking to fix some wash outs in the gravel drive. Will angle the back blade and adjust the arms to get it near level and not dig in to much

You're correct any task other than plowing with a 3 pt implement should be performed in minimum setting so that the depth of implement can be more easily controlled by tractor operator.
