Wondered if anyone had heard about it, Going to be at the Nebraska state fair grounds in June, the week before red power. They're hoping to make it an annual thing.

A little correction - the website is actually www.classicgreen.org.

"Classic Green" was recently started by some of the nicest folks in the John Deere collecting hobby, and although their original goals were to create a club to unite all John Deere enthusiasts and collectors, the desire for a large national John Deere show quickly gained momentum, and a huge show is now going to happen at Fonner Park (Nebraska State Fairgrounds). It will be held June 13-15, 2019, and the plans are for such a show every two years and to alternate with the Gathering of the Green event. It will be open to any exhibitor of John Deere-related items, restored or not.

Although the show is definitely scheduled, some of the organizational aspects of the Classic Green club are still in process. However, there are over 2200 members of the Classic Green Facebook page where most of the activity has been occurring.

Thanks for the info. All I had seen was the GI newspaper article. I grew up on red tractors, but the paint doesn't really matter if I get to drive it. Actually wouldn't mind having a 4010 or 4020.

I've only made one red power since 2009, and that was last year on my way to grandma's funeral.

I'm looking to move toward Lincoln to be closer to my girlfriend and find a job with more regular hours (and more human interaction) so I can get back into stuff again.
