I put the head on my B yesterday, then broke an adjusting bolt when trying to set the valves.

The book says to gap that at .020 (I think)

When I got the head on the gap was probably 1/8 or 3/16 of an inch.

I need to get a "new to me" adjusting bolt.

What do people recommend that to be gapped at?

Thanks!

They say .020 hot. I usually set at .022, or .023 cold. I would rather have them a tad loose than too tight.
