Any ideas why right hand lever, that lowers and lifts the outside lift arms, won't move? Seems to be stuck in rear position. Left hand lever works good.
 
I disconnected the RH control shaft that connects to the load and control linkage rod, that connects to the load control arm and all works well with the lever that controls the outer two arms of the 3 pt.

Does someone know how much "free travel" there should be in this load control arm?.With the lock out screw turned either out or in, my load control arm does not seem to have any "free travel", if it supposed to, so when hooked up like it is supposed to be, the outer lever can not move to lower or raise the lift arms.

There is a leak where the RH control shaft and the front cover housing. Do I have to take the front cover housing off to fix this leak. Looks like a rubber washer is all the seal there is for this.
 
John Deere Service Manual SM2019 has 2 full sections (180 &190) describing the adjustment and operation of the Touch-O- Matic systems and Hydraulic System. That would be your best place to start. If you have problems finding a copy of this Manual my E-Mail should be open send me a note.
