51 M Shuddering when clutch is released

I recently split my 1951 JD M to replace the rear main seal. I put it back together and it is running fine. However, when I go to let the clutch out there is a shudder/vibration that is happening as the clutch engages. It seems to be more pronounced the higher the gear you have selected. There is no shudder/vibration when you push the clutch in. Once the clutch is engaged, it drives just fine and there is no issue.

Any idea what this may be?

So would that have been missed when bolting the pressure plate to the flywheel? Or is that adjustment made else where?

Will I cause any damage by driving it as is?

Pressure plate to flywheel bolts don't affect finger adjustment. My guess is you got oil on it if you didn't touch the fingers. It'll drive you nuts but most likely won't hurt.
