John Deere 4020 Powershift 148 Loader valve update

I got the valve installed over the course of the past week. I did end up plumbing the return into the rockshaft return line as I found it easier to find fittings for that rather than make something to go in the hole back by the remotes. I'll put all the parts I used to make this happen in the next post. Just wanted to put some pictures up of this install to add to the records since I used a lot of past posts to get mine done. Thanks for the help!

Looks like you changed all the oil and filters ? I hope you removed the suction screen and cleaned it. Behind the hose you just put on. It's the plug with the square hole.

It is faster and smoother. I've always wanted to "reclaim" my remotes from the loader as it is was annoying to always be swapping
hoses with implements etc. not to mention wearing out the SCVs. I had a loader hose blow two weeks ago and that was the straw
that broke the camel's back. No more money invested in those old hoses, new valve & hoses fixed it better!

Yes I cleaned the screen and did all filters and oil. That line can be easily taken off right at the tee with a JIC swivel fitting so shouldn't ever be a major undertaking to access the screen.

Nothing wrong with that at all.

It's not like the screen plug needs to be completely accessible for NASCAR quick inspection & cleaning. LOL

If there ever comes a time that there is enough debris in the sump to plug the screen, you'll have bigger fish to fry than removing 1 JIC fitting......

Do you have to do any custom line bending to get
those fittings in there ? Looks like those t fittings
really move the position of the line ?

GOOD job of connecting it up "properly"!

Only critique is that I would have used "long drop" JIC fittings and avaioded having to use so many adapters.
