4430 wiper/fan dash problems

The key broke off in the switch the other day. Unhooked the switch and took it out of the dash, and was able to get the key out. Installed the switch back and put wiring back on. Tractor starts, however now the AC fan and wipers don't work. From what I can tell everything else does work. It looks like everything is plugged into the key correctly, although that is very tight on space to get it plugged into the switch. I took a look at the electrical stuff on the Left side of the dash, and one column only has the AC fan and wipers on it. I'm not sure which things are supposed to have power to them. My test light doesn't show power to some of the terminals of the AC/wiper connectors, however I'm not sure if this is related to the key switch wiring (which is on when testing) or to the lower relay, or to the components behind the electrical "box". If anyone has any ideas or pictures that would be great.

With the key switch "ON" all three terminals on the accessory power/cab relay should be at battery voltage.

What do you have there?

My WAG is wire terminal slipped back out of plastic elect conn. housing on ign switch. Check all nuts for tightness that attach CB's to the plastic board. To access CB's one needs to remove cowling between dash & hood.
