I have a chance to buy a 2015 E series John Deere. Can I get some input on pros or cons of these?

I believe that is the current 5103, 5203, and 5303. If so, I have a 5303 with around 2800 hours. No major problems. Minor issues with sensor on top of thermostat. I also installed an inline fuel filter between the fuel tank and water separator.

It is my main tractor.

Aren't the XX03 models made in India, the XX05 models made at Augusta, GA? The tell-tale sign of an India-made 5000 series is the wide, flat-top fenders. From what I hear, both tractor plants put out good stuff.
