value of 1941 H?

Saw a nice H by the side of the road for sale. The sign said it was a 1941 with a new carb kit. $2000. it had two new tires on
the front and one on the rear.

What are unrestored H's going for?

Saw one today at an auction in ohio. Good paint and decals, old rubber, ran great. 800 bucks.

Newer paint and old tires recently at GA auction $1600.
They aren't bringing what they were.
There is one for sale on this site in AL that is nice.
I saw it a few years ago when I bought out his parts.

WOW ! these old JD's sure have dropped. At least the normal models. About 20 or so years ago I could never quite get $3,000 for a real nice one but came real close. I had a lot of those H's over the years.

Did a little looking on the net. I think he is at least $1000 over.

back in the 60's. My dad work for a Deere dealer. He bought a non running H for $75.00. Dad and his brother in law pulled it home (14 miles) with a Willys jeep.Dad fixed the H and later traded it back to the same dealer for a B.
