Where"s the best place to buy a head gasket for a unstyled A or is deere the only place you can get them ? been a few years since I bought one from deere and they went up $20.00 each time I picked one up .

I got mine from NAPA $28.00 they had to order it only took 2 days

My local auto parts store could only get the styled gasket, the unstyled head gasket I got from the local Deere dealer for about $100.00

Mine"s a 37 NAPA got it. It took them a little time to find it in the book but after they found it no problem. Had to go to two different stores the first one couldn"t find it but the second one did.

Do you have the NAPA parts number for the unstyled A head gasket???

If you need a valve cover gasket my NAPA couldnt get one for my A . I got mine from Sharps for arould 14 bucks plus 16 bucks shipping. I could of got it cheaper from mother Deere. My NAPA could of got a engine gasket set though. They might be able to get a head gasket.
