looking for help on fixing leaky load control seals is they a update with better seals rebuild every year should I put in new shaft unsure of the were specs I have been using oem parts

You can try T.H.E. Company in Iowa. They have the aftermarket upgrade seals with the oring.

IIRC this company is the original to make the bush with the groove for the seal inside.

I just repaired one yesterday, there is an after market bushing with an o-ring in it that can be gotten through your Deere dealer, I also instal the original seal along with the new style AR84791, and a new shaft R27017, and the most important part of the repair is to get the side to side movement of the "A" frame shimed up with a large washer that Deere offers ( I don"t have that # handy at the moment),,this loose side play is what takes the seals out, if you get hold of the 3pt arms and pry them against the sway blocks you will see what I mean.

Here's the part numbers of the shim washers Tim referred to that will limit side to side motion of drawbar support.
