Having shuttle doesn't indicate utility as a rowcrop can have shuttle also. Utility tractors are generally built lower to the ground.

Your statement is true if we were discussing tractors built 20 or more years ago but not current built tractors. A large % of tractors built today have shuttle shifts both synchronized or hydraulic type.
