5020 pushes oil-fuel mix out manifold

5020 pushes oil-fuel mixture out exhaust manifold. Had manifold resurfaced. Before re-installing it pumped it out pretty good. Tractor had a turbo on it that died, and was not working properly when pumping oil-fuel out exhaust. Have new turbo now-do you think with extra air now the oil-fuel mixture will be utilized better now and be burned better rather than remaining too much liquid to leak or be pushed out the stack? It used very little oil, so it's not like it was a real oil burner. Any thoughts?

Does it have those 2 ply metal gaskets?? Those are bad,,I don"t use them at all anymore. A few years ago I O/H"ed a 4020 and used those kind of gaskets, I started it and let it run for a bit and it slobbered bad down the newly painted block, it was some fuel/lube oil mixture from the new start up,,I pulled the manifold and put the old style gaskets on and that took care of the manifold slobbering,,it still wet stacked for a bit till it all cleaned up, but the block stayed clean. I get the old style gaskets from A&I and keep them on hand the new O?H kits only offer the metal ones..this may be your problem with some residual oil in the manifold..

I got a box full of them here that I should toss out,,I will next time I have a "pitch'en Party"
