can anyone tell me if the front weight bracket from a 6030 will fit on a 5020...I was recently lucky enough to have mine dissappear from my 5020 while parked in a field over night! At any rate i had heard something about increased cooling in the 6030 so i am not sure if the front is a bit wider or the same. Any help would be appreciated! thanks

They will fit.I am sure whomever took it does not have a 5020 or 6030.

It will not fit ! Weight bracket from a 6030 are different. The (double) starter weight is the same. I looked for a pair of weight brackets for my 6030 for a long time and ended up having them made by a local guy.
The brackets for a single stack are easy to find, but in my opinion a 6030 needs a double stack of front weight

There are two different types of brackets for double stack weights.The side rails that fit the large frame tractors have a bend[might be 6in.] in them to allow them to use the same front double stack weight.The single cast starter is also formed to allow for larger frame. I see them once in a while but not often.Brad Walk from Illinois is a 6030 expert I might call him and ask.The other thing that makes me wonder is they update some of the 5020 to larger engines.

AR54390(parts key #10) and both side frames(AR65614 & AR65613)are the same for 5020 & 6030 so I'm going to state that the frame widths are the same for both model tractors.
