unstyled B pistons

any body know of a source of new oversize pistons for the early unstyled B's? i would like to maintain the ability to run kero.

Right here on YT. Might also try Detweilers, or try all states tractor supply, oldjdforyou,external_link. Also, use Google for tractor parts. Should be able to find O/S pistons. Good Luck.

they don't carry them on here or anywhere else I've ever seen. The only ones that I have ever seen are at Extreme Tractor Parts. They are 8:1 compression and 0.125" oversize, so you wouldn't be able to run kero.

looks to me like all those folks have is the 4.5" pistons. i need the 4.25's

iirc . Careful boring on a good block will allow a standard sized 4.5" 1938-1947 pistons. It is cutting a lot of metal out.

An alternative is to sleeve the block and use the stock bore pistons.
