Where is the L/D control lever under the seat set at(L-LD-D)? it should be in "D" if not trying to pull a 3 pt plow.

Have you verified that the lever on the rockshaft housing is actually moving? (may have to remove the right-hand cover to check) I've seen a partially frozen cable cause similar problems. If your lever is moving, I'd suggest a roller/cam follower problem in the rockshaft control valve housing.

There is oil in it and selector is right . I have taken shaft housing off and cam and roller all look ok
