2130 valve cover bolt torque

Just set the valves on my 2130 and wonder what the cover bolt torque should be. It has a nice rubber lip gasket not the cork one I expected to find. I'm guessing may be less that a std gr 5 torque. They are 1/4" bolts.

Probably going to be around 10-15 ftlbs. Its not that important to torque a valve cover as it would a main bearing..I always get the 1/4 inch bolts snug then go another 1/8-1/4 turn. That"s enough. IMO
