Appears to me that is exactly the way I tried to describe to you to wire the added solenoid in one of my previous posts. I'd suggest using at least 12 ga wire from starter to added solenoid. I will remind you to have a very good ground attachment for the added solenoid. Back when I worked for a JD dealer several service calls were made on late model 3020/4020's for no starting that the extra solenoid had simply lost ground.
