John Deere Model 30 Combines (PICS)

Hello everyone!

I thought I would post some pictures of two John Deere Model 30 Combines that I purchased last year. They were delivered here from Wisconsin on Thursday. One has been repainted and the other is all original. They are both Great additions to the collection, and I can't wait to be able to use them, as well as display them at my Local Clubs Show.

Brings back a lot of memories. Dad bought one of these new in 1956 and ran it until 1965. Quite a step up from the old 12A with the engine on it. At least, during wheat harvest you didn"t have to worry about the engine overheating and not starting. He pulled a wagon on the side and could cut 15+ acres of wheat in an afternoon.
