unstyled G governor

How does the bearing on the mag. side of the governor on the unstyled G get it's oil. Mine was making a bad screeching noise while running. Took the gov. apart and the bearing was dry and had a light rust on it. The tractor has good oil pressure at the gauge at the gov.

There is a little passage way that should oil it. Service bulletins say to remove oil pressure gauge and push a fine wire in every 6 months to keep it open.
