 So i decided to replace my gauges with new ones that are correct and it bit me. I went to back out the old sensor plug in the upper water pipe and it snapped off flush.

My only idea is to take the pipe out so I can drill/use a easy-out on it. I cant get it to clear the studs with the fan shaft in the way. Is there something simple I am missing without having to take the fan assembly out? For my sanity I hope so

Well, lesson learned on that thing. I have the hood and tanks off, fan shaft assembly hooked to a hoist and hanging, and finally the upper pipe comes free. I think since its this close to hopefully "winter", the ole girl is going to be headed to the paint booth.

I guess I would try an angle head drill, maybe you could get in to drill it out. Ron Mn.
