Just about done 1945 GM wide front[/img]

I guess you know 1945 GM's were not available with the wide front
end. They did not have the split pedestal. But it still looks good.

A recent commentary in TWO-CYLINDER magazine discussed the aspects of fraudulent tractors, in response to a reader's question about a NG Hi-Crop for sale, that didn't look just right.
The flippant remark "It's just an old tractor" doesn't get it anymore, since these tractors have reached collector investment status.
The problem isn't as much now as it will become in the future when heirs unknowingly/unwittingly try to sell a tractor as original, when in fact it never left the factory equipped the way the current owner has reworked it.
That's when people will have to start going to the courthouse with their attorney to settle tractor issues.
Who wants that?
