51 AR Clutch AGAIN

ok, I parked my 51 AR and my 52 AO side by side and did a comparrision. I remove one componet at a time and inspected both of them. I have believ I have discovered what is causing my problem. The clutch drive on the AR is not on the crank far enough. It over hangs the crank by .130". The clutch driver on the AO over hangs the crank by .010". I can swap the drivers around and the dimensions remain the same on each tractor. This actually confirms that what i beleived prior to this. When you disengage the pully it travels to far back and engages the outer friction plate to the clutch driver.
Now, does any one know how to rectify this problem with the clutch driver? I have inspected every thing and can not find a burr or any deformation on the crank causing the driver not to properly seat itself on the crank. Any help will be graetly appreciated. Thanks

The Clutch Brake adjustment should keep the clutch from going over-center, no matter where the driver is on the crankshaft..as long as the driver is secure..

Just wondering--is there any point in the clutch lever travel between clutch engaged and pulley brake engaged where the tractor doesn't move while in gear?

Drivers going too far back on the crank ALWAYS create a problem where you don't have enough pulley free travel and the back facing gets pinched and starts driving the tractor again.
1/8" to 1/4" sticking out past the crank is ideal. Flush is usually problem area on A's and 60"s

Measure the thickness of the drivers. One from the AO may of had some turned off the backside to get clearance since it is on the crank so far.
Have you compared the casting numbers ? and double checked them against the parts book ?
