51 JD B Trans oil level

Have a 51 B . No where in the manual does it say how to check or where the oil level should be. It shows where to fill and how much when trans & diff are empty. Or did I miss something. Who knows?

As I recall, there is only one place to put Trans/Dif oil in..to the right side of the lower rear of the tractor..
Take the large plug out and:
Fill to top of threads while on level ground..
SAE 140..

I have a 51 B as well, the fill is also the level. My owners manual says level with the fill plug. Check on a flat surface.
