51 B and 44 B will motor parts interchange

I have a 52 model B. Needs alot of work. I found a 44 model B for parts. Will the motor / clutch /transmission /or rear wheels interchange with my 1952. Thanks again in advance, Ray

Ray - this is something you can determine for yourself from the PC330 Parts Catalog which just happens to cover both tractors. If you do not have PC330, you may download it without charge from "jdparts". And if you are clueless with "jdparts" or with how to download the parts catalog, go to the URL cited below where you will find detailed guidance on the last two pages of the piece I am sending you to. Don't get your hopes up... Anything's possible to put together, but many of the parts just won't bolt up and look right. the heads will interchange.
The blocks are different. They'll physically bolt to the crankcase, but the water manifold is different. the mid one also has holes that bolt to the frame. They are different bores too.

The crankshafts are different. On the pulley side, there's a bolt that holds the clutch driver to the crank, on the mid one, the thread is tapped and a nut holds it on.

I'd have to check the actual parts catalogs, but I'd be surprised if any of the gears interchange.

Best bet is to look for 2 more B's... Then you can make 2 complete ones...
