attended the upper canada two cylinder club show this weekend in Drayton, Ontario. Show was excellent from what i saw, lots of Tractors, Lots of Demonstrations, Shingle mill, Sawmill, Stone Crusher, Threshing Machine, Dyno, etc Feature Tractor was the 4020, lots of nice new gen tractors there as well, Had a chance to meet a few nice JD people and got some good info as well. Wondering if anyone else on the board attended the show

The UCTCC did a fine job again with this year's show. Thanks to the hard work and planning by all.
Gabrie, sorry if I have missed spelled your name. Good to have met you and your all terrain golf cart.
Met the big, big, big boss from work there. Had no idea he was a JD tractor fan. Now I'm supposed to find him a nice 435 for his collection.
They were using the stone dust track and with all the rain. The sled was hydroplaning down the track with little resistance Saturday afternoon.
Only tractors that pulled decent had 38" rims with new sharp R1 or R1W tread.
The dyno tests were revealing. Still trying to post then on photobucket.
My eldest was paying close attention to a blond Dutch chick deftly wheeling a 4020 several laps around the fair grounds.

i stood and watched the dyno for a long time on saturday, great setup you have there ken, nice to be able to use the belt pulley and the pto, did you end up figuing out your friends 4020 gas with the carb issue you were asking about awhile ago, was that the one on the dyno making 79hp or so, you guys running the dyno were very knowledgeable and helpful to everyone running there tractors, it was great to see

Thanks for the kind words -I have a lot of fun using that dyno setup - that is the 4020 gas that I had asked about - as far as I can figure out - his idle circuit in the Zenith carb is plugged causing a rich mixture which has fouled 3 sets of plugs in 10 hours of running!!! The belt pulley attachment was built by myself using a threshing machine cylinder shaft and building a frame to secure it to a tractors 3 point hitch. We will be using the setup August 7 & 8 at Guelph Ontario at the John Deere Heritage days.

Ken

Thanks for bringing the dyno. A lot of good info there.
