Thanks to Kent Petersen's and Machinery man's advice, I was able to get the old stuck bearing off by using a punch to free the rollers up and removing them thru a groove I ground in the outerrace with a dremel tool. Now that it back together I obviously have the balance off as there is alot of vibration going on. There was not a real good "V" on the clutch drive disk, to match up with the one on the crank so I used what the closest thing to a "V". But obviously miss it. Is the another feature or way of ensuring this clutch disk drive is orientated correctly? Also noticed a larger gap between the pulley and the first reduction gear cover. Should I have adjusted the clearance between the stop screws and machine bosses if I only replaced the bearing?

The other "V" is at about the 7 O'Clock postion looking at the picture. You can see one side of the "V".

FWIW, on the balanced drive disks, the heavy portion is always opposite of the crank throw on that side. Same goes for flywheels. So when the #2 piston is forward, the heavy part of the clutch driver will be to the rear.

you're two splines off from the crow foot match up...I can see the other mark in the photo...as to the clearance, if the proper clearance is set on the flywheel...like now your don't have any movement you'll need to tighten the disc up snug...then you can set the other adjustments on the brake pully...

The disk needs to rotate two slots counter-clockwise?
