Hydraulic functions either function well, chatter or now quit all together, randomly as to what rpm or how long I have been running the engine, but until today(after adding fresh-er-er fluid) decided to actually quit.

Ok...so now there is no fluid escaping the outlet side of the transmission case with the tractor running(see attached pic to verify correct port), but the belly filter is full of fluid. Which makes me believe the possible causes are intake screen(checked multiple times), Transmission pump, belly filter(also checked multiple times), or the oil filter relief valve above the the belly filter.
I am hoping the oil bypass is the problem rather than the trans. pump, but don't know how to properly remove the pin and spring without damaging anything. The service manual says to remove the valve assembly, then drive the spring pins out; does this mean I can grab the spring pins, twist and pull without messing something up?

Alright, quick reminder from the prior thread....but shortened. Checked the inlet screen filter, the main belly filter, the stroke control valve+filter, and more. All components are clean and don't reveal any visual signs of wear.

looks like you have axl. valve on this tractor onhook the couplers that feed the valve and see if things work right if they do you have a blowen oring on the closed center valve

Sorry, forgot to mention that I disconnected the loader from the aux.(?) valve and nothing changed, the standby pressure still fluctuated a lot and neither the power steering nor rockshaft arms acted different. I do appreciate the suggestion.

Beyond that, now the pressure dropped and just re-checked the intake screen filter(5th or 6th time, just in case) and removed the belly filter...but now I also started the tractor for a little bit and there was a good flow(roughly the volume of two garden hoses) into the filter bowl. For now(unless the conditions change), I am convinced that the current issue is in the oil pressure relief valve, because to my knowledge that is the only thing between the pump(which is pumping through two filters) and the Main pump intake(which is dry). But I am not confident about how to properly remove it without causing damage....can I simply use a slide hammer with a small hook to pull out the spring pins on the valve assembly?

Have you looked into the hydraulic oil reservoir tank? It's located ahead of the rad and "gravity" feeds oil to the front pump.
Is the trans pump keeping the tank full? Does the high pressure hydraulic system work 100% as long as you keep topping up the front tank?
Extra unused oil is supposed to flow back to the transmission case.
