I had a problem with my clutch not disengaging with out a fight, so I decided to pull it all apart and found that the outer bearing was gummed up and the T bolts did not move at all. The question I have is how mutch should the T bolts move in and out when you slide the pulley disk in and out ( this is the disk that the clutch fork slides in) I have about 1/8" to 3/16" movement. I don't want to replace dogs and pins unless I need to. Thanks for your advice.

You'll be fine once you get those T bolts to move freely in the drum. One spot that does wear that causes some difficulty in disengagement it the operating sleeve (part you said that the fork slides into) There is a pin that keeps the operating sleeve from spinning. The hole in the sleeve wears causing the sleeve to want to spin putting the dog bones in a bind causing more pressure to have to be exerted on the handle to operate the clutch.

If your operating sleeve rotates at all on your clutch drum you should remove the drive gear and operating sleeve to have a machine shop build the hole back up to prevent it from "torsioning" around.
