Anyone else see the '38 BWH un-restored on Ebay for a bid of $39,500? Is it that rare?

Yes they are very rare. Only 40 or 50 some of them made, and this one is archived. The price now is actually fairly cheap, that is about what a regular BW is worth and they made 246 of them. I would say that a true BWH is the rarest B you can get, and one of the rarest unstyled tractors out there.
