unstyled b radiator screen

I"m putting together the radiator on my unstyled b. What have you found to use for the spacers between the radiator and the metal/canvas shutter assembly? Also were the bolts originaly square head to assemble screen to radiator and what were there lengths. Thanks again for all your help on getting this tracor back to original. thanks Marc

I did not have any spacers on my 35 B or on my 37 A. Are you sure you have the right grill guard? Mark.

In my 34A repro repair book the spacers show up as part no. D1856 but no picture. I turned 3/8 nuts round and thinned them to 3/16 +- and they look fine. 3/8 pipe might work also. Two of the bolts were square and two hex so I would guess square is proper. Good luck. VH
