Hesston Haybine 1120 Case Intl 8330 Parts Source

I have a Case International 8330 cutter conditioner, haybine, mower conditioner which is the same as the Hesston model 1120. The bearing on the upper roller has gone out. Is there any source other than CNHI for this bearing? Thanks, kelly

AGCO dealer. Or if you know the shaft size and outer diameter of the bearing race, a good auto parts store or bearing supplier.

Like rrlund said you can go to any AGCO dealer. This bearing was used for the hay conditioners on many models of Hesston mowers so will likely be a dealer stock item. AGCO part number is 71122510.

Looks like a standard UEL type insert for a 208-sized housing and 1.5 shaft. Any bearing or industrial supply worth their salt should be able to get one, and will probably be able to get one at least as good as the AGCO ones for less $$. See link - this link is the NTN site, but that same number should apply to most other manufacturers or else easily cross-reference. Never hurts to measure yours and compare to be sure, but looks like it matches to me.

Depending on the geometry, you may be able to go with a JEL instead of UEL, which might be a little more common. Same rating, housing, and outer race width, but not quite as long length through bore. Don't go REL or AEL: Even though the OD of the outer race is identical in diameter, it's a little narrower, and a lot of ag-style housings need the extra width to grab.

Good luck with that eccentric lock collar - some of them can be a real PIA to remove if they've been on there a while. You probably know this, but make sure you rotate and seat the new collar the correct direction when locking the new bearing on.
