# 10 sickle mower parts

Is a # 10 sickle mower cutter bar used on any other mowers? Mine has a slight bend and I think I can straighten it, but if I'm un-successful, I'll have to source another. Webb has the knife assembly, but not a lot else. Also ISO a rear support hangar that bolts to the rear axle that will work on a 1010.

The #10 was one of it's own. I don't think the bar parts interchange. Finding 1010 brackets is going to be a challenge. You might try some of
the facebook groups. I have a #10 for my 2510. Tom

No.

Reviewed the parts manuals for JD numbers 5, 8, 9, 11, 37, 38, 39 and 51 and found no matches or substitutes for the cutter bar.

Sorry.
 
What make mower? I cannot think of any mower of any make that was a #10 model. No JD, No IHC, NO Oliver, No MF, No Mh, NO MM.

Side mount mowers were not actually sold up here in Ohio for anything except road mowing and thet were all Case tractors with them on. Ferguson had a side mount for the ford 9N-2N tractors but don't remember a model number for then. A neighbor had one and a Friend bought tractor and mower going to put mower on tractor he had.When found out how hard it would have been to doo that hr kept the mower on tractor in collection in climet comtroled building.
 
I own two and there were a fair number around years ago. There were mounts for the later 2 cylinders as well as the New Gens.
