We have a couple under center dump gravity boxes and can't keep tires on them. 12.5L-16 8 ply. Wheels come loose or the tires blow out. Granted the tires are older tires that came on the wagons. Did go to a set of airplane tires on them and that has solved the tire problem as long as you don't over in flate them. About 50-60 PSI is all you want on them. With 14or 18 plys it should almost work flat. We don't have much spindle problems and never on truck axles. Use truck axles for almost all of the wagons with few tire and no axle issues. USe oil bath wheel bearings and no bearing problems either.
