Anybody able to tell me the size and weight of big rec. bales. Rough weight.

need more info. size of the bale and what it is would help. could be 800-1800 lbs.

What size are they made in, driving by looks like about 3' x 3'. I think he asked what size can be made as well as the weight for different sizes. No experiance with any thing except small squares and that was 1980 and earlier.

4'x4'x8'alfalfa are close to a ton Wheat straw are about 1100 3'x4'x8' alfalfa would be in the 1500range straw some less probably about 800 33x33x8' or there about are alfalfa about 7-800 straw some less probably about 500. Those are about all the sizes of the bigger square bales I've been around and approximate weights. Density of product and type of product will vary these weights accordingly.
