Electric Wheel Co. running gear parts

Does anyone out there know of some place that sells parts for Electric running gears? I can find wheel bearings and seals locally so that's not a problem. I'm looking for the bolts that go on the tie rod ends that are drilled thru the end and fitted with a grease zerk and also a similar bolt where the tie rods meet the wagon tongue. Any help is appreciated - thanks!

try your local Case-IH dealer .They made IH gears for many years .Electric Wheel Co. was a division of Firestone

Being a machinist, I just make them myself. I've got a heavier electric running gear tore apart right now, and I'll have to make some for that gear. Right now it's covered in snow, so I'm not too worried about it at the moment...

Google Balsters Equipment in Scotch Grove, IA. They carry many NOS parts for the Electric Gears and others. The prices may be higher but a life saver when you need these obsolete parts.

Electric Wheel company was sold by Firestone many years ago. It is what we know today as Titan Wheel in Quincy, IL.

Maybe they can refer you to a source.

What would you suggest for wheels on an old IH wagon running gear? The hub diameter is 5" and the bolts are 6" across, 8 bolt pattern.

I can find anyplace to get a replacement rim.
