Triggers on Table #2 on a 1000 New Holland bale wagon

I just bought a 1000 New Holland bale wagon and don't know how the triggers under the second table are to be set. They the ones that trigger the second table to raise when full of bales and then drop back to the horizontal position. Has anybody had to make any adjustments on these? Great idea when they're working.

I used to own a "1010" MANY years ago, and don't remember having to do much adjusting.

BIG thing was to keep all the linkages and pivots in the "trip" and valve operating linkages greased or oiled (as required) and operating freely.

Also, keep frame area under the "bed" clean of dirt/chaff/crop material.

As I recall, I had a spring or two involved in resetting the mechanism after a "trip and had to replace it.

You need an owner's manual, likely a CNH dealer could still get you one, or check the 'net.

http://www.roederimp.com/ is often mentioned as a good outfit to deal with, maybe give them a call about a manual?

i bought a 1034 this spring and got COPY OF MANUAL off the net. well worth the money. i got talk with the other partner after the sale.
lot of good advise!!
