This question may have been answered many times but I cannot find anything in the archives. I have a New Holland 644 roll baler and was told and from what research I have done it should make a 5 x 4 roll. all I can get is a 4 x 4. It is auto tie with alarm no bale command. Am I missing something or is the 4 x 4 all it will make? Appreciate any and all comments. Thanks

I believe it is fixed 4 ft. wide, variable up to 60" diameter. There should be a diameter adjustment as SV posted. I suggest you obtain the manual(s) for it.

I have a manual and adjusted the clevis bolt all the way out yet it only makes a little over a 4 ft. in diameter. I even ordered a new clevis bolt for it thinking the prior owner had modified it since he was doing 3 x 4 alfalfa rolls for a guy. but that is not the issue I have thought of extending the screw side of the clevis bolt but afraid it may mess with my belts? i am showing around 8 inches and according to the diagram in the manual 7 inches should be a 48 inch diameter. I am just wondering am I missing something?

I have the screw side all the way extended onto the clevis side to the point I am afraid it will come out and still only 4 x 4
